Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.

FUROMA fragrance products are intended for ambient air diffusion only unless expressly stated otherwise. Do not apply fragrance oils directly to people or pets. Always follow the instructions and safety information provided with the product.
Individual animals may have different sensitivities. If your pet has a medical condition or known sensitivity, consult your veterinarian before using fragrance products. Discontinue use if you notice an adverse reaction.
We may update product descriptions, pricing, packaging, or availability. Changes will not affect completed orders except where correcting an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by law.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing or inventory errors, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items to the original payment method.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order details before completing your purchase.
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase generally applies to your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at official@furoma.online. Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The FUROMA name, logos, product names, website design, photographs, graphics, text, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to FUROMA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
