How Should I store my Furoma products?

To maintain their freshness and effectiveness, store Furoma products in acool, dry place away from direct sunlightand keep bottles tightly closed when not in use.

Can I use Furoma fragrances around other animals like birds or small pets?

Our formulas are designed specifically fordogs and cats. If you have birds or other small pets, we recommend consulting with a veterinarian before use, as some animals have different sensitivities to essential oils.

How long does the fragrance last?

Our fragrances are crafted to offer a long-lasting, natural aroma. The duration may vary depending on room size, airflow, and fragrance type. Reed diffusers typically last 6-8 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within24 hoursof placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
