All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During holidays the order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California, United States. It may take 3-5 business days to deliver.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to update. Please contact our customer support at customerhelp@furoma.online if you have any questions regarding your order tracking.

Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with one of your Furoma products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our customer service team at customerhelp@furoma.online within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
