Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. During holidays or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.
After an order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Available shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $45, after discounts and before taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we expect that we will be unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and provide the option to cancel the affected order for a full refund.
If your tracking information has not updated or your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Return Policy
We hope you love your FUROMA order. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out—we’ll be happy to help. We also accept returns of unopened items. You’ll find the details below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please email official@furoma.online within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
For verified issues, our standard resolution is a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable, we may offer store credit or a refund. If a return is required, Furoma will cover the return shipping cost.
Unopened Returns
We understand that fragrance is personal. To ensure every customer receives a fresh and unused product, we can only accept returns of products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return. For eligible returns, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once a product has been opened or tested, we’re unable to accept a return based on scent preference. This does not apply if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
Products clearly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if a Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can make it right.
Starting a Return
Please contact us official@furoma.online before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue the applicable store credit or refund within 7 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post a refund.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through furoma.online. Purchases from another retailer are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
