Pawrents' interested Safety Notes

Are 100% of your ingredients safe for dogs, cats?
- All essential oils are rigorously referred the non-toxic ingredients according to ASPCA non-toxic plant list.
- We prioritize plant-based, non-irritating components.
- Always check labels and consult your vet for pets with health conditions.
What is ASPCA indeed?
- The ASPCA(®) (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(®)) has been at the forefront of animal rescue and protection since our founding as the first animal welfare organization in North America in 1866.
- We are not a related company to them, but we respect all the essential scientific guides by ASPCA(®).
- For more, you can visit https://www.aspca.org/
How sensitive are dogs and cats' nose?
Your furry kids have 10~30K times of the smell sense? For example, the most commonly-used materials for essential oils and fragrance, like tea-tree, Lavendar and Citrus, are all potentially-harmful.
How do I safely introduce a new scent to a pet-sensitive home?
- Start slow! Diffuse for 10-15 minutes in a separate room first. Watch for sneezing, itching, or avoidance. Gradually increase use if your pet seems relaxed.
How do I confirm a product is truly pet-friendly before buying?
- Check our website for a full ingredient list, pet safety badges, and customer reviews.
- Still unsure? Chat with our pet-loving support team!
What should I do if my pet reacts oddly to a fragrance?
- Stop use immediately, ventilate the room, and contact your vet and us. Different dogs may react to smells even tho it’s made from safe and non-toxic materials. Save the product label for reference and contact us with further details and help
Can I put diffusers very near my pet’s bed?
- Although all materials are pet-friendly, we still recommend you not directly apply that on pet.
- Keep diffusers at least 3 feet away from pet beds, cages, or litter boxes. Pets have relatively strong sense of smells and “strong-scent zones” is still not recommended.

We are here to provide a harmony solution for you and your pets, because we are pet pawrents and didn't find a good solution, either. After checking around, we decided to make our own pet-safe essential oils and diffusers, and make helping more pet families our mission...
